We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship merchandise orders to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are damaged or missing.

6. Returns and Refunds

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

7. Courier and Logistics Services

CMED Logistics is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, traffic conditions, or third-party carrier failures.
